Business lines & brands

Top locations, renovated and more attractive store window displays and interiors, and an enhanced offering conveyed by constant updating of the sales area are the Etam group's fundamental principles in serving its customers.

Design - Style

Each brand has its own team of stylists, designers and product managers who create several mini-collections each season. These teams aim to create unique, innovative and attractive products that reflect the trends of the season and meet the expectations of their customers. In order to enhance the image and positioning of its brands, the Group is developing partnerships with well known designers. Famous lingerie designer Fifi Chachnil has designed coordinated ranges for Etam. On the back of this success, Etam repeated the experience in ready-to-wear and lingerie with Lolita Lempicka. Meanwhile, for the last years, the 1.2.3 brand has supported talented young designers at the International Fashion and Photography Festival in Hyères, offering one designer each year the opportunity to work with a leading name in the world of fashion.

Ever rapid and efficient logistics

The Etam group, a major purchaser in the textiles industry, continued its policy of optimising the supply chain. With nearly 50 million items sold each year, it continues to control the production process in order to guarantee quality and reliability of deliveries to stores in increasingly short time frames. Logistics is a key issue for the Group, which is continually looking to optimise supply chain management by creating new platforms and developing IT systems to cope with the growth in its business. In order to ensure automatic and permanent restocking of stores on a daily basis and make sure that products are always available to customers, the Group has efficient logistics centers and procurement processes.

Stores in top locations

Excellent store locations are one of the key principles of the Group's commercial development strategy. Its stores are always in the centre of shopping districts attracting active, young customers looking for fashionable clothes at reasonable prices. In addition to stores in town centres, high streets and shopping centres, the Group is gradually establishing its presence in out-of-town retail parks in order to keep up with changes in shopping habits.

Sourcing designed to ensure the highest level of reactivity

The Etam group outsources all of its production, thanks to a network of partners and professional manufacturers around the world, while also guaranteeing an impeccable level of quality. Production is outsourced mainly to Asia, Southern and Eastern Europe and the Mediterranean basin, with continuing efforts to establish a fair balance between reactivity and competitive prices.

Functional Departments, a cross-departmental service for all

To support its growth, the Etam Group relies on the skills of its finance, legal, IT and human resources teams. Their responsibilities are to provide the Group with the means to develop its business and achieve its ambitions.
